In the same rated power and rated speed, if suppose single-phase asynchronous motor’ volume and weight is 100%, then the volume of permanent magnet brushless DC motor is 38%, the weight is 34.8%,the copper is 20.9% with, the iron volume was 36.5%, If calculate in this way, the efficiency will save more than10%.
